TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is an offer to sell travel. By clicking the “Submit” button you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the below Terms and Conditions and agree to them. All federal, state and local laws apply. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Residents of Alaska, Vermont, North Carolina, and Ohio are not eligible.
1. Entitlements: The recipient of this Caribbean Cruise Line (CRC) Cruise is entitled to a complimentary 2-night, round-trip cruise aboard the M/V Bahamas Celebration, from the Port of Palm Beach to Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas. Aboard ship, recipient will enjoy a comfortable inside stateroom, all meals, live entertainment and shipboard activities.
2. Recipient Obligations: Recipient is responsible for port fees and governmental taxes of $59.00 per person. Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to charge an additional fuel supplement of $9.00 per person per day on all passengers, to be collected at time of embarkation. You understand that you are also responsible for any additional fees, taxes, including Florida state sales tax, gratuities, incidentals purchased on board, parking as well as your transportation to and from the port for your cruise. Limit one cruise per household and family. Upgraded rooms and travel options are available at additional costs.
3. Rates for third and fourth person in your stateroom, when available, may be purchased at the current cruise line rate. The terms and conditions of Caribbean Cruise Line Standard Contract of Passage apply to the cruise.
4. Use of Guest’s Picture: Recipient consents to be photographed and/or videotaped during their Caribbean Cruise Line Cruise. Such consent includes photographs and video to be taken onboard the M/V Bahamas Celebration and while off the ship in the Bahamas. Recipient provides Caribbean Cruise Line and/or its promotional partners the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of guest in any medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity or otherwise, without compensation to guest, and all rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be Caribbean Cruise Line’s sole property, free from any claims by recipient or any person deriving any rights or interest from recipient.
5. Reservations: You will be contacted by a CRC Travel Agent to discuss your reservation request dates and any additional discount travel benefits available. You may also book your reservation by calling 1-800-237-3503 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm EST to speak with a reservation agent. By registering for this offer, you expressly request and consent to a return telephone calls from Caribbean Cruise Line relating to fulfillment of this offer and agree that CRC may contact you by telephone, email or mail for the purpose of promoting various travel offers. You expressly waive all federal and state no-call registry protections for the purpose of future marketing by CRC.
6. Reservations must be booked and completed within eighteen (18) months of the date payment of the port fees, governmental taxes and applicable fuel supplement. Space may be limited during peak holiday and seasonal times. Therefore, Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to substitute the cruise itinerary to one of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
7. Cancellation: If recipient is solely taking advantage of the complimentary round-trip cruise of 2 days & 2 nights aboard the M/V Bahamas Celebration, your port fees and governmental taxes will be fully refundable upon request to cancel. You may cancel this contract by contacting CRC’s customer service department at 1-800-221-8200 or by mailing notice via certified mail to Caribbean Cruise Line, PO Box 70038, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33307.
8. Caribbean Cruise Line has the right without previous notice to cancel this contract at the port of embarkation or any time during the voyage and shall thereupon return, if the Contract is completely canceled, passage money, or, if the Contract is partially canceled, a proportionate part thereof. Under such circumstances, Caribbean Cruise Line shall have no further liability for damages or compensation of any kind.
9. Embarkation: The MV Bahamas Celebration begins embarkation at 1:00 pm. The Ship will leave the Port of Palm Beach at approximately 5:30pm. Guests are required to be onboard ship at least 1 1/2 hours prior to departure. Guest must complete the voyage and disembark at the embarkation port. When the ship returns to the Port of Palm Beach, please plan 1-2 hours before disembarkation for Customs and Immigration clearance. Passengers departing from Fort Lauderdale International Airport should schedule their flights after 1:00pm to allow sufficient time.
10. Age Restriction: Caribbean Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age of twenty-one unless: (1) the guest is traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five years or older; (2) traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse; or (3) traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom. Proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required. Caribbean Cruise Line shall not be liable to make any refunds or for any damages with respect to any guest’s failure to provide proper proof of age or marriage or otherwise comply with this provision.
11. Required Documentation & Identification: Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. It is the guest’s sole responsibility to bring and have available at all times all required travel documents. valid driver's license, state-issued ID, U.S. military ID, or U.S. local, state or federal law enforcement or fire department employment badge or ID will be required at the pier for validation purposes. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the port fees and governmental taxes will be issued.
12. Liability: It is agreed that Caribbean Cruise Line shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any persons not employed by Caribbean Cruise Line nor for any intentional or negligent acts of Caribbean Cruise Line’s employees committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of their employment. It is agreed that Caribbean Cruise Line shall have no liability as a consequence of guest's use of ship's athletic or recreational equipment or as a consequence of one’s decision to participate in any athletic or recreational activity or event.
13. This cruise is not redeemable for cash and is void if raffled, sold for cash or other consideration, copied, altered or prohibited by law. Resale is prohibited, no cash value. Name changes are not permitted. This offer may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including but not limited to: tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs. One offer per stateroom.
14. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or waived, unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of CRC. CRC has the final authority on the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Cruise passage is subject to terms and conditions stated on the contract ticket enclosed in final documents.
